Continuing our ever evolving Beer and food pairings, we'll go on back to cheese because everyone loves cheese. Little southern style twist, it'll be pimento cheese! We'll have our good friends at Queen Charlotte Pimento Cheese out to talk about each of their cheeses that we'll be pairing with our beers.
